simple to setup, slip in the 2 batteries (supplied) & connect the sensor to your Xbox by pushing the button on sensor & wait a few seconds for the game to recognise it., then setup your profile & the type of workout that you want to do, there's plenty of pre configured workouts to choose from or you can set your own., the game uses the heart rate monitor while you excersize & gives you a live reading in the corner of the screen, the instructions from your instructor are clear & easy to follow & have a wide range of excersises from gentle workouts for beginners e.g. Yoga., to more intense e.g running & boxing, the game does use the kinect sensor & gives the user good feedback & congratulates you when you do well, also you earn gamer points for unlocking rewards and new routines etc. Recommended to anyone old or young who would like to excersise at home & at their own pace.
