LandQwest Commercial Adds Agents to Tampa Office

FORT MYERS, Fla. (February 2012) ? LandQwest Commercial is pleased to announce the expansion of their Tampa office with the addition of two agents. Jeremy Kral joins LandQwest Commercial as Managing Director and Ryan Waddell will serve as Senior Director. The office, established in 2009, has also relocated to 1713 S. Lois Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The main office remains in Fort Myers with a satellite office running in Bradenton, Florida. The expansion allows LandQwest, who closed their best year in 2011, to increase its presence on Florida?s west coast.

Mr. Kral?s resume includes over 10 years of experience on project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, land sales and development of retail shopping centers. Jeremy brings an extensive background in all aspects of tenant and landlord representation, from market studies and site selection to identification of emerging market trends and effective negotiations. His vast knowledge of GIS (Geographical Information Systems) allows him to spot and map trends, being the first to act on them.

Prior to joining LandQwest Commercial, Jeremy has worked for the Colliers International office in Tampa and SRS Real Estate Partners. His impressive client list includes Anna?s Linens, Bank United, Bruegger?s Bagels, Great Expressions Dental Centers, Jersey Mike?s Subs, Max Wellness, Pier 1, Realty Income, Tilted Kilt and Ted?s Montana Grill. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Area Development with a Minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a current candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) curriculum and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2002.

Mr. Waddell has been actively involved in sales, leasing and commercial real estate development since 1999. For the past 4 years, he has served as the Vice President of Gemini Real Estate where he managed a retail portfolio consisting of properties in Florida, Georgia and Texas. In addition to his asset management and investor reporting responsibilities, he also worked on acquisitions and development, evaluating potential investment opportunities. Prior to that, Ryan held the title of Senior Real Estate Manager for Sweetbay Supermarket, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Delhaize Group.

At LandQwest Commercial, Ryan will continue to focus on site selection, tenant representation, negotiating third party retail leases and investor reporting. He brings extensive knowledge in commercial real estate development, construction management and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with associates and consultants on a range of projects. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College and Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and is a long-time member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
