Dating After Cancer: I Told My Date I Survived Brain Cancer And ...

Matthew Zachary, the founder and CEO of Stupid Cancer (also known as The I'm Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation) joined HuffPost Live host Alyona Minkovski Monday to share his experiences dating with a history of cancer.

Zachary shared the story of one particularly bad date.

"On my eighteen-month cancer anniversary," he said, "I went out to lunch with a girl that I liked at the ad agency I worked at and I disclosed to her that it was my eighteen-month birthday from brain cancer and she, like, broke down hysterically crying and embarrassed everyone in the restaurant."
